Redeemer Church has a commitment to biblical leadership as well as leadership development.

Our church is led by our Elders, Staff, Deacons, and Trustees. Our Council of Elders are responsible for the direction and doctrine of the church. Following the vision of the Elders our Staff are responsible for overseeing day-to-day ministry operations. Our Deacons are servant leaders who oversee a team of other servants providing a tangible need to our church. Under the leadership of the Elders our Trustees oversee the financial operations of Redeemer Church. Our Covenant Members also play a key role in the decisions of our church.

Ultimately biblical leadership is about sacrificial service highlighted in our Redeemer’s life through washing his disciples’ feet and dying for their sins. We are committed to developing leaders in the church, but also the home and our city. We have a training track for emerging leaders and pastoral interns.
